SPECIFICATIONS
The structure and foundation will be of steel reinforced concrete. Walls will be cavity system with insulation and built from Mediterranean high quality hollow brick. The villa is built according to the structural engineers and architect’s specification.
Insulation In addition to the insulation in the walls a damp proof course is provided for all ground walls and floors as well as thermal and water insulation in the roof.
Roof The roof will be a reinforced concrete slab and decorated with roof tiles.
Plumbing installation Pressurised plastic pipes will be used for the water distribution system. The villa has its own hot water system provided by 2 solar panels and also an electric immersion switch.
Electrical Installation The electrical installation will be constructed according to the rules and regulations of the electrical authority.
Air conditioning To be provided to 3 main bedrooms.
Doors & Windows All in doors to the villa will be of M.D.F. or press. All ironmongery will be of ISO (International standards Organization) Standard. Windows and terrace doors will be double glazed P.V.C.(white) to ISO standards.
Water Supply & Disposal Plumbing and drainage installation constructed according to the drawings. A 2-ton water reception depot will be installed underground and a 1-ton depot on the roof together with the hot water tank. Septic tank or absorption pit will be constructed and made operative in accordance with architects’ specification.
External works A front stone wall will be provided together with decorative iron fence and gates. Stone will be used to decorate as the architects’ specification.
Internal decoration All walls where ceramics are not installed will be painted in accordance with specification, as will the ceilings. All internal woodwork will be either painted or stained and preserved according to customers’ choice.
Wall & Floor Tiles Surfaces between the kitchen worktops and kitchen wall units will be decorated with coloured ceramic tiles. Bathrooms and toilets will receive coloured ceramic tiles to 220cm height from the finished floor level. Floor surfaces will be marble,( ceramic tiles for the W.C. floor.)Terraces will be ceramic tiles.
