How do I pay for an Apartment?
 
Here is an example of a typical payments plan:

Will there be Maintenance costs once the site is completed?
A separate maintenance contract will be signed by the purchasers prior to taking possession of the property. This is a compulsory requirement of purchase and is covered in the sales contract. A monthly fee of £60 is payable which covers the running costs of the site.
